All plastic resins or materials come with natural in colour. Thus, colorant is important because product appearances will influence the customer’s purchasing decision. That is why we have a very comprehensive supply of colorants to make products more attractive and meet customer’s needs and satisfactions.

Pigment - Dry Colour
Pigments are supplied in powder form. It involves a simple process, where all the ingredients (according to the formula) are mixed in a pigment mixer. The QA/QC will do some inspections on the products before they can be supplied to the customers. The advantages of dry colour are rapid process and lower cost while the disadvantages are dusty and poorer dispersion. Dry colour is suitable for short run, small quantity production and non-critical products. Our dry colour is suitable for common resin such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, AS/SAN, PMMA, PC, Nylon, PBT, PC/ABS etc.
Masterbatch
Masterbatch is supplied in pellet form. It is a concentrated or high loading pigment extrudes and encapsulated in plastic carrier resin. It is commonly used in film and blow moulding applications. The advantages of masterbatch are dust-free, better dispersion and better colour consistency. We have another extrusion process to produce master batch, resulting in higher cost of production compared to that of dry colour. Our masterbatch is suitable for PE, PP, PS, ABS PMMA etc. Our masterbatch will be supplied to the moulders who will then using their respective machines and custom moulded parts to produce the end products based on their customers needs and designs.
Additives
Additives are used to protect polymer from degradation and improve resin properties during processing and products. It also help to improve melt flow and enhancement in process. We provide a wide range of additives for examples slipagent, anti slip agent, anti block, anti static, flame retardant, UV, anti oxidant, PPA, etc.) Special products will be developed based on customers’ needs and satisfactions.
Compound
Colour compound are supplied in pellet form. We, as colour compounder, mixes the colour and additives with base resin. The finished product which are in the forms of coloured plastic pellets will then be delivered to the customers. Materials can be matched to customer required colours which will be 100% coloured resin. The advantages of compound are due to very good colour stability and consistency. It is commonly used in automotive, electrical and electronic industries.
